Grooming Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Details for pets being groomed.

We’ll give you a reminder call the day before your scheduled grooming appointment. Remember to check our Forms and Requirements beforehand in order to help us provide you with our best service.

If you’re schedule for a grooming appointment:

Drop-Off	Tuesday - Saturday	8:00am - 9:00am
Pick-Up	Tuesday - Friday	2:15pm - 6:00pm
	Saturday	11:00am - 1:00pm

Note: Please call us at (203) 846-8592 after 2:15pm during the week, or 11:00am on Saturdays, before picking up to make sure our groomer is done pampering your pet. If you need to pick up before a certain time, please let us know ahead of time and get here as early as possible (before 9:00am). We will try to accommodate your schedule.

If you’re schedule for a bath appointment:

Drop-Off	Monday - Saturday	8:00am - 10:00am
Pick-Up	Monday - Friday	Before 6:00pm
	Saturday	Before 1:00pm

Note: When you’re dropping off in the morning, we’ll let you know what time your pet will be ready to be picked up. Please let us know if you need to pick up before a certain time and we will try to accommodate your schedule.

Mondays and holidays are our busiest bath days, so remember to plan ahead.
